Joleen comes to us with legal assistant education and experience as well as a history of excellent customer service and sales. Her role also includes billing and collections.

Growing up, Joleen was always labeled as ‘chatty’. She has a natural talent for connecting with people, making her a fundamental part of our customer service team. She is passionate about customer satisfaction and has earned the designation “Superstar Customer Service Representative” in the eyes of her team members and clients alike.

With Joleen’s love for summer (or anywhere warm) you can usually find her hiking, camping or attempting to golf. She also has a ‘small’ fascination with indoor plants and her cat Ellie.
